Looking to hire people for a new game please

Hello! My name is Vaatiwithblue, and I wish to hire I team to help me work on this new project that I am doing! It is Pokemon Luna, a pokemon game I am working one (it's a fakemon game, yes) and I need some help! Here is what we are working on so far - docs.google.com/document/d/1ku… - a draft with most of  the plans we have. We also have an engine that has the ability to make a Gen 5 pokemon game, and we have been able to have some pleasing results. however, we are missing some vital components to make our game a reality.
   We need another programmer, an official artist (i'm the concept artist, by the way), a sprite artist, a music composer, a sound designer,and voice actors. Everything else we are pretty much set, but we do appreciate all help we can get! If someone can fill these roles above, then we can make our game. is also helping, as well as other people!
